WeeWee

WeeWee is the smallest pig at our sanctuary, but his place in the sanctuary’s history is enormous. At 13 years old, this sweet little mini pig has been part of the family since the very beginning. Born on the property to Olivia—the founders’ very first pig and the animal that started it all—WeeWee and his sister Daisy have spent nearly their entire lives at what would eventually become Butterfly Valley Rescue & Sanctuary.

Long before the rescue became known for special-needs animals, wheelchairs, and medical rescues, WeeWee was already there. He has been a constant through every chapter of the journey, watching the sanctuary grow from a few beloved animals into a mission that has touched countless lives.

Known for his gentle personality, happy little “ha ha ha” laughs, sweet kisses, and endless snack negotiations, WeeWee is a lover, not a fighter. Despite being the only male pig, he happily lets the girls run the show. Whether he’s enjoying music, making a mess of his living space, or charming visitors with his tiny pig attitude, WeeWee has a way of making everyone smile.

As the son of Olivia, the pig who started it all, WeeWee is more than a resident—he is a living link to Butterfly Valley’s roots and a reminder of how one special pig helped inspire an entire lifetime of compassion.
