Nubby is a special-needs rescue rabbit whose quiet resilience has touched everyone at Butterfly Valley Rescue & Sanctuary. Born without external ears—or having lost them very early in life—Nubby arrived after living through severe neglect that left her with over a year's worth of painful bacterial buildup, chronic infection, and ear mites deep within her ear canals. Knowing she needed specialized long-term care, her previous caregiver and a team of transport volunteers helped bring her across Kentucky to her forever home.
