Levi

Levi was a gentle rescue sheep whose life was a story of resilience and love. He arrived at Butterfly Valley Rescue & Sanctuary at just six days old after being abandoned with another lamb, Perry. Both were critically ill from a heavy parasite burden, and while Perry sadly passed away, Levi kept fighting.

Though his rough beginning left him medically fragile throughout his life, Levi defied the odds for more than three years. He formed an inseparable bond with Jebediah, gave the sweetest kisses, and found safety, friendship, and comfort in the herd he loved.

Levi faced setbacks throughout his life, but he always found a way to keep going. His story reminds us that even the most fragile lives are worth fighting for — and that every extra day filled with love is a gift.
